Refund policy

1. No Refunds After Coaching Begins
Once a client starts their first one-on-one session or group coaching session, refunds will not be issued. This is because coaching is a transformational process, not a product that can be returned.

2. Refund Requests Before Coaching Starts
If a client requests a refund before the program starts, they can receive a 50% refund (to cover administrative and reservation costs).
Refunds must be requested at least 5 days before the official start date.

3. No Refunds for Missed Sessions
If a client misses a scheduled session without prior notice (at least 24 hours in advance), they forfeit that session.

Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the session.

4. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests due to emergencies (e.g., serious illness) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and clients may receive a credit toward a future coaching program instead of a refund.
